After careful consideration and the risk of making a situation worse we have been forced to offer anyone who purchased an event wristband and/or ticket a credit for an alternative event/s . Any issues that occurred over Labor Day Weekend were due to an unforeseen scheduling / capapcity / and miscommunication conflicts that we were not made clear of by our liasion for these events and venue choices . LDWVEGAS.com apologizes to fans for any disappointment this may have caused however the only way we can fix this situation is by going back to the drawing board and speaking to the correct members of the management teams at some of the venues where issues arose. In our defense we cleared issues up and offered plenty of options to anyone who did not enter an event . With over 500 guests throughout the weekend we apologize to those that feel that we did not provide what we were offering . We did everything possible to keep everyone informed and many were able to attend the events and even received extra perks and items. 

LDWVEGAS.com understands that you had a choice and trusted in our site and therefore we are working with the proper channels to make sure we can handle the situation promptly . We will have a number of options for each of you no later then Friday September 7, 2012 By end of business day . 
LDWVEGAS.com regrets the timing of this decision but feel confident that by handling it this way it will be in the best interest of all parties involved .
